This block of 11 two story houses are a true reflection of great design. Built by Fairmont Homes, these homes were clad in a combination of CSR Hebel system with Dulux 3 coat render and paint, with the added use of James Hardie Axon, Stria and Linea cladding as features to the houses. All fibre cement cladding was painted by our team with the 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield paint to give a flawless final look.

This project also included all partywalls and boundary walls to be installed as 50mm CSR Hebel to ensure all houses meet fire safety standard.
